We take the funicular up to Fourvière to admire the city and the Basilica, then pass the Ancient Theatre, the gardens and Saint-Jean Cathedral.
After Old Lyon, with its cobbled streets, colourful façades, Renaissance courtyards and traboules, we head to the Hôtel de Ville, the Opera House, the Grand Hôtel-Dieu and Place Bellecour.
The funicular is included.
